About this course

This multi-day, virtual instructor-led training is designed to help you manage an organization’s portfolio, including all of its projects and processes, in Smartsheet Control Center. Learn how to deliver work at scale and enable consistency of work execution with reduced operational risk. 

Prerequisites - must be completed before registration or purchase can occur

  • Smartsheet Commercial License
  • Access to Control Center
  • Core App Badge or Core Product Certification 2022 or later

Learning Outcome Domains include:

  • Governance — Terminology, permissions, ownership, and managing primary and additional leads
  • Blueprint Maintenance and Updates – Updating existing templates, profile data, and intake sheets
  • Projects – Create new projects, update and automate existing projects
  • Portfolio Aggregation and Management – Create a blueprint summary sheet, summarize data in a portfolio summary, create and edit a dynamic report scope
  • Archiving – Set archiving guidelines, archive assets, and set filters for project archiving
