Learning Objectives

Solution Proficiency: Level 1

• Navigate through the Smartsheet interface and find your sheets, reports, and dashboard.
• Describe how the sheet works and apply different functionality to the data, including filters, conditional formatting and data types.
• Describe how the reports work and how they can be used to filter data, embed them in a dashboard, and use their data to create charts.
• Modify a dashboard by adding widgets such metric, reports, and charts.

Solution Proficiency: Level 2

• Modify a pre-built solution to work with different stakeholders
• Use collaborative features
• Automate business rules through automated workflows and formulas
• Create new reports and visualize data through charts in a dashboard

Solution Proficiency: Level 3

• Describe the Scalability Model within a Smartsheet Solution Framework
• Work with a sheet that will capture new project requests (Intake Sheet)
• Work with a sheet that will consolidate metrics across projects (RollUp/Summary Sheet)
• Standardize assets to be used as templates for new projects
• Create a portfolio-level dashboard

1. Courses must be completed within 90 days of purchase
2. Some modification may be required for users in Smartsheet Gov
3. Each course is approximately 2 hours. We recommend taking them in order.
