Building a Control Center Blueprint

This multi-day, virtual instructor-led training is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of how to leverage Smartsheet's pre-built project templates to streamline workflows and boost productivity. Participants will learn how to customize and deploy Blueprints effectively, enabling them to efficiently manage projects, track progress, and collaborate seamlessly within the Smartsheet platform. 

Prerequisites - must be completed before registration or purchase can occur

• Smartsheet Commercial License
• Access to Control Center
• Core App Badge or Core Product Certification 2022 or later

Learning Outcomes

• Create new Programs in Control Center.
• Identify the makeup of Control Center configuration.
• Design Blueprint Summary sheets and connect the project information from provisioned projects.
• Setup Dynamic Scope to report on data across your projects.
• Configure Blueprints for different types of projects.
• Bring data into projects by setting components such as Intake Settings, Profile Data, Permissions, and Sharing.
