About this course

As the Administrator, you have the most control over 10,000ft. You are able to edit account settings, add and invite users, and create new projects. In this course, you will learn how to manage the different settings and capabilities to help you succeed as an Admin for your organization. 

One of the important tasks you may need to do first is to set up your organization’s account. There are various account, people, project, and time tracking settings that you will need to set up. This course will guide you through these steps.  For best performance, please use Google Chrome. This course will take approximately 1 hour to complete. This course has been pre-approved for 1 PDU by the Project Management Institute.

 

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Set up key Account Settings 

  • Explain the different permission and user levels

  • Describe who counts towards your subscription plan size

  • Archive and delete people from your account

  • Import multiple projects
